What can I try to help with the noticer?

Set 3 quiet alarms during the day labelled "check in." When they go off, pause and ask yourself: "How am I feeling right now? What is my energy level? Do I need anything?" Write a one-word answer. After a difficult situation (an argument, a mistake, a frustrating task), take 5 minutes to write down what happened, how you felt, and what you wish you had done differently. This trains your brain to notice things in the moment over time. Use a simple body scan: starting from your toes, move your attention slowly up your body and notice any sensations — tension, warmth, tightness, comfort. This builds the self-awareness your Noticer needs.
