Dr Hassan Yasin

Child and adolescent psychiatrist

NDKids was born from a gap I saw every week in clinic: families left a diagnosis appointment with questions, but nowhere to go for clear, calm answers their child could understand. I built NDKids to fill that gap — a place where children can learn about their own brain, in their own language, at their own pace.

Eight ways to understand how brains work

Written for children, with three depth levels so they can go as far as they want. No diagnostic labels. No tests. Just calm, clear explanations.

What families are saying

“My son was diagnosed with ADHD last year and we had no idea where to start. NDKids gave him a way to understand his own brain without feeling like something was wrong with him.”

Sarah

Parent of a 9-year-old

“We used the focus and energy pages together before bed. She said it was the first time anyone explained it in a way that made sense to her.”

James

Parent of an 11-year-old

“I showed the sensory world section to my daughter's teacher and it changed the conversation completely. The teacher finally understood why the classroom was so hard for her.”

Priya

Parent of a 7-year-old
