What are common challenges with the sequencer?

Skipping steps Doing things out of order Forgetting what comes next

What can I try to help with the sequencer?

For any task with more than 3 steps, write numbered instructions and check each one off as you complete it. The physical act of ticking a box confirms to your brain that the step is done. If you often skip steps, try reading the ENTIRE set of instructions once before starting. Then go back to step 1 and follow them one at a time. This gives your brain the full picture first. For routines you do every day (morning routine, homework routine), create a step-by-step checklist and stick it where you can see it. Follow the same order every time until it becomes automatic.
