What are common challenges with the prioritiser?

Feeling like everything is equally important Forgetting priorities Getting distracted by less important things

What can I try to help with the prioritiser?

When everything feels equally urgent, write down all your tasks and then circle just TWO that must happen today. Do those first. Everything else can wait. Use the "2-minute rule": if a task takes less than 2 minutes, do it immediately instead of adding it to your list. This prevents small tasks from piling up and feeling overwhelming. Ask a trusted person: "I have these things to do — which one do you think matters most right now?" Sometimes an outside perspective cuts through the fog of everything feeling equally important. Try the "will this matter in a week?" test: for each task, ask yourself if it will matter in 7 days. Tasks that will not matter in a week can usually wait for tasks that will.
