What can I try to help with high energy?

When you feel buzzy and restless, do 2 minutes of intense movement first — star jumps, running on the spot, or dancing to a fast song. Then sit down and try the quiet task. Schedule creative or active work (brainstorming, art, building) for high-energy times, and save detail work (checking, editing, reading) for when energy dips. If you cannot move (like in class), try pressing your palms together hard under the desk for 10 seconds, or push your feet firmly into the floor. This gives your body some of the movement input it is asking for.
