What can I try to help with ready energy?

Track your energy for one week: at 9am, 12pm, 3pm, and 6pm, rate your energy 1 to 5. After a week you will see YOUR pattern and know when to schedule hard tasks. When your energy is just right, protect it — do the most important or hardest task first. Do not waste "ready energy" on checking social media or tidying your desk. Keep a list of quick "energy shifters" that work for you. Examples: a glass of cold water, a favourite song, 10 star jumps, going outside for 60 seconds of fresh air.
